Contour, without the knife.
Radiofrequency that reduces fat and tightens skin in the same unhurried session — contour built over a scheduled series.

What It Is
Quantum RF, by InMode, is a body-contouring treatment that does two jobs in one session: radiofrequency energy reduces fat cells while simultaneously tightening the skin above them. It is non-invasive, requires no anesthesia, and treats the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and arms. The protocol is a series — typically six to eight sessions, one to two weeks apart — with change usually visible from the second or third.
What It Addresses
- Stubborn fat on the abdomen
- Flanks that resist diet and exercise
- Inner and outer thighs
- Upper arms
- Skin laxity over treated areas
- Softened contour where fat and laxity overlap
How Anastasia Approaches It
The first thing I establish with Quantum RF is what it is not: a weight-loss treatment. It is a contouring tool — for the pocket on the abdomen or the flanks that holds its shape regardless of what you do at the gym, and for the skin above it, which tightens as the fat reduces. Two problems, one session.
Because the protocol is a series of six to eight sessions, I measure and photograph before we begin, and we track your change against evidence rather than the daily mirror. The sessions are comfortable — warm, no anesthesia, no downtime — but they are a commitment of weeks, and I want you signing up for the real timeline, not a compressed one.
The Appointment
- I
Consultation
The candidacy conversation: contouring, not weight loss. The difference is explained plainly, and the honest fit is named before anything is booked.
- II
Mapping
The treatment areas are measured and photographed, so progress is tracked against evidence rather than impressions.
- III
Treatment
The applicator warms the area as radiofrequency works on fat and skin together. Most people describe warmth, not discomfort — no anesthesia is needed.
- IV
Aftercare
None required — you return to your day. Sessions continue at one-to-two-week intervals, with change typically visible from the second or third.
Honest Limits
What this will not do
- Cause weight loss. It contours specific areas; the scale is not the instrument it answers to.
- Match surgical liposuction. It is a non-invasive treatment, with non-invasive scale.
- Deliver its result in one visit — the protocol is a series of six to eight, by design.
When Anastasia will decline
- If your goal is overall weight reduction rather than contour — this is the wrong tool, and I will say so.
- If implanted medical devices or your history make radiofrequency unwise — reviewed in consultation.
- If you are pregnant.
Aftercare
Do
- Return to your day — no recovery period is required
- Keep the one-to-two-week session rhythm; the spacing is part of the protocol
- Stay hydrated to support how the body clears treated fat
- Track progress against your mapping photographs, not the daily mirror
Avoid
- Expect the full contour before the series is complete
- Treat this as a weight-loss program — it is not one
- Skip sessions; gaps flatten the cumulative effect
- Stretch the spacing beyond plan without discussing it first
